of mine in your thought and prayers. . He's 33 years old, wife three kids two boys and a little girl . just got the news has cancer in both lungs, with no treatment has three to five years to live. does not smoke, never has. His dad has always owned a paint and body shop, he worked in it since he was able to walk. . he then moved to a huge dealership and ran the paint and body shop. makes you wonder if all the fumes, paints, cleaners, chemicals. . has something to do with it. anyway. . its sad for his family and heartbreaking for his kids. His wife teaches with my wife. . they left for a cruise this week

damn..sorry to hear it bro. there are just too many stories like this one..hopefully he remains postitive and leaves some great memories for his kids to cherish..
best of luck to him and his family

Very sad indeed! A friend of mine who owns a small bike shop, also has a paint booth as he is an incredible artist so he does alot of the art work on the bikes, anyhow he says he never wears a mask anymore, so im just waiting for this kind of news from him, those fumes are nothing to mess around with

I'll keep him in my prayers. The best advice is to tell him NOT to give up and fight! My mother was diagnosed with carcinoma of unknown origin. 2% of those diagnosed made it to 6 weeks. None past 6 months. It had metastasized throughout her entire body. She was given 6 weeks to live and no one would treat her. She refused to die and had every treatment possible done including clinical trials. 3 months later the cancer was gone. That was 18 years ago, it was a huge turning point for the better in all of our lives. These last 18 years and counting have been the best of her life and ours.
