pmroids.to screwed up shipping and delivery

first time I used pmroids.to they had it shipped to a wrong address. Went to a neighbor, luckily they knew me and even though their address was on the package they realized the pack belonged to me. They had 1 digit off.
The 2nd package they got it to me, but the gear inside was all busted. And they refused to even reship. Horrible situation and I will never recommend these guys to anyone
