Post Training Steam Room or Sauna

Any of you guys use sit in the Steam Room or Sauna after you train? I hear the benefits include, muscle relaxation, cleans toxins from the skin and body, and helps with recuperation time. I would think it would also help draw water from the body??

I'm usually so intent on getting home and getting food in me that I don't consider it... I'd be interested in hearing other people's responses, though!
 
For increaced recovery times I recomend my athletes to use a cold tub. It helps prevent Lactic acit build up and kick starts the recovery process. Heat will increace inflamation in joints and can increace lactic acid production as well as other metabolic waste. I reccomend steam prior to lifting for about 5-10 minutes. Drink plenty of water while you are in there. Also stay closer to the 5 minutes in the beginning.

I've always hit the suana and steam room after.
