its 18kg. Soooooo thats about 40lb I think..normally get breast..but they where to cheap to pass up on.. £22 for 18kg is cheap..

I have to travel and get up at like 430-5..as it sells to the trade and opens at 1am and closes at 9 plus u have to pay a car charge if u drive through the city after 7am..but it is worth it..my local supermarket sells chicken breast at £4-99 for 500g and I can pay £3-20 a kg and the breast is hhuge.but I have to buy minimum 10kg.

Without he calories, no supplement will work. Basics fellas. I believe in supplements. Just not in place of basic nutrition. Albeit, a lot of calories are needed!!!

most of my stuff is extra I bought because it was on sale or with nutraplanet they have flat rate shipping so I just load up.

best deal. my company was building a plant for this company called Pharmavite in Opelika, AL and I could get everything they made at cost. so what is normally a $50 bottle of glucosamine only cost me $7 or I got a 500 count of vitamin C for $1.50. so I stocked up. :laugh:
