Ive been eating stupid crap like popsicles just for simple starches but I was thinking why not use something beneficial. I came up with either acai, pomegranate, or cranberry juice. The first two are high in anti oxidants and the cranberry well who couldn't use kidney support. I think it would be beneficial and help get an insulin spike.
 
Popsicles sound good to me brutha,lol, and yeah anything that would spike ur insulin would be great to help shuttle more post workout nutrients into your muscles
