As simple as this should be for me I can't find a product that has a mix that I want. And I can't decide if I should use creatine mono or creatine Ethyl ester. I might just go to trueprotein and whip something up. Any suggestions?

I personally take syntha six which has a misture of long lasting and quick digest protein. If you mix two scoops with milk you get my solution. LOL. Thats my suggestion. I take celltech currently cause' I got it for thirty eight dollars for seven pounds, but I can tell you I hear a lot of folks say they like ethyl ester.

I loved the old Creatine made by EAS Phosphagen HP , not sure its still around but about 12 years ago i used it and loved it

Ive taken , micronized creatine monohydrate , ive taken ethyl ester , and normal monohydrate.

I actually feel like the best creatine that I have taken as far as from what I could tell when was taking it was normal monohydrate , it actually felt better than micronized for me. and definitely better than ethyl ester.

I dont know whether this was because of when I first took creatine the brand it was .. "GNC" with other ingredients involved but that creatine along with being the first time ever taking creatine. Gave me the best results in my opinion.

So my advice , ethyl ester I would choose mono over it , and normal over micronized unless the price is actually cheaper than normal mono

I love ethyl ester bro. I take 5g's upon waking up and 5'gs postworkout with 50g's whey and 30grams maltose/dextrose

Nobody take Glutimine & taurine & high carb mix ASAP..then protien shake 15-20 min later?
I thought that was the way.

I dont have the money for taurine and glutamine , for now I keep it simple protein has glutamine in it , maybe not big doses but so till financially stable/set , glutamine isnt in the budget. Also taurine , thats not in the budget but maybe something to think about later on but for now. sticking to the Basics.

I'm fan of simple, normal creatine monohydrate. I've used other creatines including the ethyl ester version, but I keep coming back to the old creatine monohydrate because that's what seems to work the best for me.

that shit gave me the runs! I still do my post workout the old school way. Insulin, Igf, 10 grams creatine and 10 grams glutemine mixed in a glass of juice. Then a protein shake. And a nice meal about an hour or so later. :lurk:

(Post-workout #1....The shake) Within 15-20 minutes after a workout, consume 40-70g fast digesting carbs with zero fat/fiber, 10g BCAAs, 5g leucine, 5g creatine.

Optional additions- 200-300mg R-ala, 2g L-taurine, and 600mg L-Carnitine

(Examples of fast digesting carbs with zero fat/fiber)- (Waxy maize, Vitargo, maltodextrin)

(If you must have solid foods, choose rice cakes, cream of rice, instant grits, or plain skinless baked potato)

25-30 minutes later take 25-35g whey protein isolate

(Post-workout #2....The meal) 45 to 75 minutes after the whey isolate is ingested, EAT A SOLID MEAL containing protein, carbohydrates, and minimal amounts of healthy fats.

this is probably what ill be switching to in the near future
