Hey you guys, Worlds Strongest Man competition starts next week, and my training partner and good friend Derek Poundstone is competing...
He is injured he has a partial tear and some other injury to his quad ,but that will not keep him out of competition...
Anyways, he does not know it yet, but I started a facebook page to support him
If you are not a fan of him or the sport yet, please check it out I promise you guys will find respect for him and the sport...
