7 days out been using Letro ED 1ML (2.5mg) since 2 weeks out & EOD before that i know that's normal protocol but I was wondering if you could any higher than that or if you should. Just wanting to come in as dry as possible. Would it even make a difference to up it?

Just keeping my letro at 2.5mg also with Adex 1mg trying to be the dryest motherf'er alive buddy. No pics taken lately i dont plan on taking anymore until Friday night dont worry ill post them

i never used it, was always able to dry out well without it, but we do have a shit load of aldactone info in our Contest prep forum at the bottom of the forum home page listing, its an old archived forum, but has a lot of the info your looking for from loads of competiors at every level
