lets talk about this for a second

(just for an example im going to used, superpump and size on)
most of us use a preworkout mix before the gym that contains creatine along with akg, etc.... about 45min PWO

then others consume their intraworkout drink (which contains creatine, akg,carbs,etc..)... heres my question...

you dosing yourself with creatine TWICE within a 2 hour peroid is this not a waste? how much can your body really absorb within that time frame?

i believe in the uptake of simple sugars in the middle of the workout to
restore gyclogen production, but the high overdoseage of creatine??

whats do you guys think?

When you workout, you are using up your ATP at a super fast rait. Creatine actualy helps maintain your ATP levels. Everyone knows that ATP is what our body uses for energy. You reading this right now, you are burning up ATP Using your eyes to read. So yes, Creatine during your workout is very beneficial.:cardio:

I don't know how much the body can hold per se but research shows between 5-20g Creatine/day to be very safe. The thing to remember as well is creatine is used up very quickly when training. I personally take 5g pre and 5g post. I don't take any intra. But I don't see a problem with it at all. Another good thing about creatine is it increases protein synthesis. The more that is stored in the muscle the more water the muscle will hold in its cells and it becomes "volumized" or super-hydrated. The better "volumized" a muscle is the better it will promote protein synthesis as well as deter protein breakdown.

The other thing too is most pre/post products contain a variety of different creatine types which all get absorbed and used at diffeent rates. As a bodybuyilder or anyone that trains hard I think your body will use the creatine and benefit from it either through the added ATP energy to help do a few more reps or else through "volumization"
