never bought into the preworkout supp hype. Im pretty much ready to rumble everyday, alot of times ill have 200mg's of caffeine or a big cup of coffee on the way to the gym that helps me get really ready. I ran several but never got any actual gains out of them so my money goes to other goodies lol. Post workout is just 60g's of whey from true protein and 12 to 15 pixi stix or30g's maltose dextrose or glucose tabs depending on what i got at the time. Starting when my aminos get here i will sip a serving of lg sciences on the way to the gym and 1.5 servings during the gym and through the first 20 minutes of cardio. After the 20 minutes i will drink my whey and glucose/dextrose.
For what its worth amino 2222 or twinlab aminofuel liquid protein supp's have worked well for me, I can tell the difference in my workouts. I mix the flavored amino 2222 with my water and drink on the way to gym and while im working out. It makes the water taste like shit but it seems to help and its relatively inexpensive.
I use Endorush and Aquaburn preworkout. Sometimes test suspension if I have the next day off to deal with the sides. I have a Syntha 6 protein shake and a big meal post workout.
