Prop can hurt. I've had a 200mgs a ml prop that really knotted you up. Good old golden triangle labs.
Anyway, prop can hurt. I've never really found a way completely around it. Like it was mentioned, rung the syringe on the outside after you've pulled from the bottle, try to hear up the prop using friction. Don't run it under water, the water was have bacteria and you don't want hat on your needle. Put heavy pressure on it for 30 plus seconds ofter injecting. Then I've been told by some NOT to massage, but I do, it seems to help. Then run myself in a nice HOT shower and try to work out the muscle group that I hit. Quads? then it's leg day for me. Another HOT show and anothe massage, pop a tylenol PM and fall asleep. And hope all is well in the AM.
Also, with prop or any other painful injects, I try to arm or shoulder with the inject. Delts, bi's, tr's...You use your legs a lot more than your arms during your day to day activities. Plus it's hard to hide a limp. Though there are plenty of excuses for the limp, tbut that's another thread. Which I'll post right now.
