Prop/tren for dropping fat

What, if any would be a good way to use prop and tren for dropping fat and gaining muscle? I've used it for bulking but I'm about 13-15%bf right now at 195lbs. I want to drop the fat while gaining some muscle, not an all out bulker. Any diet or training advice?

Right off, I want to say that you need to have a strict diet plan in place otherwise the AS are not going to help at all. It looks like your goal needs to lose BF first. What is your current caloric intake and what are the macronutrient breakouts?
Hypothetically, you could do prop 100mg EOD, and tren at 75mg(or 100mg depending on how its dosed) EOD making sure you have the proper ancillaries in place.
 
Carbs 75-125g/day
Protein 250g/day
Fats 20-30g/day

I guess my thinking is that it takes a lot of energy to build muscle and at rest muscle burns more calories than fat, so if I can put on some muscle and use the fat I have as energy to do it, win win

Opinions???
 
i ran 120mg of prop ED, 50mg of tren ED... it worked great in terms of addin mass and lossin fat... but as mmx2 said ( the guy with the sick back) u wont loss fuk all if u dont diet and do cardio... cheers

bro Take 3 carb meals ED, one after ur morning cardio, one before u train and one in ur postworkout shake... Most of my carbs come in before my workout, So i can lift heavy and dont feel like a little girl in the gym... cheers'

Great pics you posted earlier. Did you use any clen or ECA? Would it be beneficial to use ECA or clen with the prop/tren stack?
