A food with the highest protein total doesn't necessarily make it good for you.
Bacon has 12g of protein yes, but it also has about 15 grams of fat!
 
Defintely good list I was just looking up the sources couple of days ago to recount my protein intake.
 
I would never think that ham would have that muck protein in it.. I thought it was mosty fat !! Good list !!
