I think you mean PCT.
Here is the standard way:
12-14 days after your last sust show begin clomid therapy:
wk1- 50mg/daily
wk2-100mg/daily
wk3-50mg daily

If this is your first time then be prepared as some if not all get depressed and unmotivated. Add something like tribulus in there to help.

I wait for 3 weeks after my last injection of sust then I run 100 mg of clomid for 10 days followed by 50 mg for 10 days. During the period between your last sust shot and the start of your PCT you should shoot 500 iu of HCG every other day
