I know these are supposed to be some of the greatest bodybuilding video's, but I didnt like them. Call me crazy but, I just did not care for them at all. Pumping Iron wasnt that bad but I dont care to ever watch it again. And Blood and Guts, I counldnt stand Dorian's partner yelling all the time. I have tried to watch it twice, and still cant finish it.

:bored:

Never seen blood and guts personally but I did see pumping iron and I liked it but not so much for the bodybuilding and it didn't get me all pumped up and ready to go lift lol but I rather liked it for watching how cocky Arnold was and what a true prick he really was lol I thought him fucking with big Lou was great

Haha....poor lou man.....eating that orange by him self, he looked like he was missing some marbles in pumping iron. Blood and guts is one of my favs only for the intensity dorian had, but agree with nuk. dorian should have told his partner to tone his ass down.

Have you guys seen the more recent Pumping Iron DVD with all the bonus features? It has Arnold really going in depth as to why he acted the way he did most of the time. Him and Butler (the director) had to add so much to try to "sell" the movie. They originally intended for Lou to be the "villian" of the film. The huge, young guy coming to steal Arnold's crown. But, they realized as soon as filming started that Lou was way too vunerable of a character, so Arnold had to become the bad guy, picking on the poor deaf kid. Lou also said that he always hated the way he was portrayed in the film. They added his father into the mix, who really had very little to do with Lou's career at all. Lou said he was very upset that they didn't just let him speak for himself.

I've been wanting to watch this video... But it sounds like I can live with out it...

I do like Pumping Iron and have never seem Blood and Guts. Now the guy who is training me, (ex pro BB) claims that Arnold and the boys actually paid to be in this documentary. Also that the line about Arnold not attending his Fathers funeral was complete BS.
