Does anyone else feel like a girly man on your day/s off from the gym? I know my body grows while I'm not in the gym but I wish I could hit it every day. Saturday is my off day and I'm sitting here thinking how much better I feel after I get a whole lot of blood flowing to my muscles. I need to learn to love the rest days and embrace recuperation. On the other hand, I suppose it's better than having to drag my ass to gym. I live to build up the muscles.
