what do you guys think , should i go for a weight gainer like Real Gains by Universal and add to it some glutamine and creatine ?

or should i stick to the normal shake which is carbo gain by NOW (Maltodextrin) 50 grams + Whey Isolate 60 grams + 20 grams BCAA + 10 grams Glutamine + 10 grams Creatine ?

am applying 5 U.I humalin r at the moment pwo and working my way up
 
Mine is much closer to number 2. I use more protein and more carbs from frozen fruit though. I also add Greek yogurt

how long have you been doing the slin post workout brutha? Just curious how you feel and what changes if any you have noticed?
 
this is my first slin run , so i am trying to be careful as much as i can, this is my 2nd week i started at 3 u.i and i am up to 5 u.i . my body changed from the 2nd time i applied it , i am still kinda lean but can't see much of my veins i gained like 3 kilos so far which is big jump in short time , have a small layer of fat on my lower abs now but still can see my abs very well , i feel bloated , and i feel that i am recovering much better , also i have some good pumps, planing to run it for 3 or 4 weeks max and see how its going to be , not going to go higher than 10 U.I this time, and planing to run T3 and clen towards the end.

what is the KILO to Pounds Ratio?
 
wouldnt you think diffrent proteins matter when you using slin? say reg takes almost 2 hours to digestion? iso hr, and hydro 15-20mins? so you would want the fastest one right? i could be wrong on the timing , if i am correct me please..
 
i am not sure about the exact timing but , what i do is , pwo i take about 25 - 30 grams or bcaa , and protien isolate , and protien concentrate so i guess this way you have protein in your system all the time when it's needed .
