Quad inj killing me

Hurts to walk on my leg, i think i did something wrong.

If the prop is involved you did nothing wrong...Just a lot more nerve endings in the quad than glutes...Hate to tell you that it is worse the 2nd day.......

I had a really bad quad injection yesterday. Of course it had to be freakin fina. I can't take those shots. I loaded a ml and after I injected only .25ml I began coughing hard. I tried to stay with it but the needle was moving all over the place so I pulled out. I was coughing REALLLLY hard. I ran to the sink and had to actually throw up. That was a first. I didn't bother with the other .75ml

the only time I ever got fina cough was with a quad inject ! I amlost fainted but held on cause dod not want to faint with a needle in my leg on the bathroom floor lol ! what a site that would have been anyway just be careful ! and good luck

fina never botherd me, but prop on the other hand beats the shit out of me. I have done all the lower body spots but left quad, thats tomorrow. No wonder i only stayed on 1 week last time.

My suggetion if you are shooting prop e/o/d is to stick to glutes.....

Why not double the dosage and go e/o/d , instead of say 100mg day go 200mg e/o/d.............My .02

another thing that works is diluting your prop with some sterile oil. You can buy some from any one of these research products websites or if you are nuts like me I've even bought a bottle of peanut oil from the grocery and used it for over 40injections with no probs, no infection or anything. Anyways I'd say just massage the area really good when using prop after you inj and shoot deep in the muscle and dilute it with some other AS or sterile oil.

Go very slow, and exercise or move the legs around as much as you can right after. When I did this, it made it nearly painless every time.

I've injected prop in my shoulders and they hurt for about a day or two. Believe it or not I did the shoulder shots myself. Shoulders looked huge and felt solid. The pain is worth the gains for me. I take advil to ease the pain.

It will get better as time goes on, it always does. By week 4 you'll think nothing of it.

I tried prop in the tris and glutes, hurt for a week. I also diluted it with fina, shot was a little painless but after it was the same pain.

Prop is painfull bro, if you get a knot in your quad use advil and a heating pad when you lay down. 3 ml's in the glute is no problam.

Wait until you get severe fina cough. You'll forget all about painful prop shots. Double dose eod would help .
