Quad to calf ratio

I was just wondering if there is a ratio of something like proportion that people strive for. Say for example if your calves are 20 and you wanted the ideal quad size would 30 be appropriate. Thats a hypothetical of course but you see what I mean. I guess you could divide the calf size by the quad size and that would be calves at .666 of your quads. 30 inch quads with 18 inch calves would be .60 I know height matters but Im just thinking out loud.

I found this during a quick search, maybe relevant. Input your wrist measurement and it gives you the rest of the body's measurements based on proportions of the Greek gods/Vitruvian man. Maybe a little smaller than today's bodybuilding standards but may be of some help.
