As you may know I've been out for quite some time (6 weeks now) with a shoulder surgery and rehab. Today was the 1st day of phisical theropy.
I've been trying to get back into cardio sooner. 2 weeks ago I started a running class at the local Junior College.
My question is...I'm going balls to the walls in this class, should I be?
For instance, last week we warmed up a mile then did line drills on the football field (goal line to the 5-yard line and back to the goal line, then to the ten and back, then to the 15 and back all the way until you're running goal line to goal line...no breaks at all, it a continues 75% run). Then to finish we did do build-ups on the straights around the track to full sprint and walked the curves. 1 mile cool down.
Is that too much? The reason I ask is because I can't walk down stairs to 3 days following because my knees are so sore.
Or should I just nut-up and do that shit until my knees deal with it?
