Question about possible gyno??

I am just finishing up a cycle of fina/prop. I definitely have some lumps underneath my nipple area. I have been taking 20mg of Nolvadex every day for the last two weeks. Is there anything else I should/could be doing?? Any advice would be appreciated.

now that you're done with your cycle there really isn't anything that gets rid of gyno but surgery. You can only prevent it while on. Bromo battles Fina induced gyno.

Is it worth it to continue to take the Nolvadex? In the past it has helped.

It wouldn't hurt. lol.

I would take it for the following few weeks for post cycle as well
