Howdy, I'm a new guy to these forums. Anyway I have a few questions for the hard core.

About 6 months ago I decided to get serious about losing the fat I was carrying. After 8 years of neglecting my body I weighed about 305. I'm down to around 245 now and still would like to get back to my normal weight of 190.

I have been eating good, high protein meals over 2500 cals daily. I lift weights 4 days a week, Cardio all 7.

My problem is I'm losing to much LMB. My brother has been using his digital calipers on me to gauge my LBM and he told me the other day I have lost over 15 lbs of muscle and the rest fat.

Does anyone recommend taking any form of steroid to help maintain muscle ? I dont want to get huge, just ripped when the fats gone. Are there any supplements out there that will help me maintain the good stuff ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

well i wont recommend steroids to anyone, but i will say that they would work in promoting more protien synthesis while you lose fat thus helping you retain the muscle, now ou know u should be around 500 grams of protien a day if ur realy trying to keep the muscle and lose the fat if ur not close then i would suggest rying that and not going the juice route just yet

as for getting ripped i would use an eca stack --ephedrine 25mgs, caffeine 400mg, and 200-300 mg asparin twice daily, also try eating every 2.5 hours to help raise the matabolism as to burn more fat at a resting rate it realy helps, hell i have a watch set for meals, and set for other supps as well, journals are also a good way to help learn what works and whats not, if i missed somethinglemme know
