QUESTION ABOUT T3

I would say 3 weeks on 1 off and then repeat for bout two more times then take a break from it for about a month or two to get own t3 in check...
 
i would start with 12.5mcg, so if you have a 25mcg pills split in half and work your way up.....bump for more info on this...
 
run it 6-7 wks. Start at 25 then move up 25 every wk. no need to go up by 1/2 a pill. You could come down that way to be safe, but I always use 25 up and down and everything works well. I wouldn't go any higher than 75, most go to 100 but thats when I notice the siades of lethargy and all around state of shitiness. I would go something like 25-50-75-75-50-25 or taper down however you want if you want to go by 12.5 then start tapering down at wk 4.
 
How effective would it be at a dose between 12.5-25mcg along with 120mcg Clen for 2 weeks? I dont want to loose a lot of muscle especially while not on cycle, but would really like to loose more body fat before getting on cycle!

It can be very effective at that dose, just depends on your tolerance, but remember t3 metabolises everything Carbs/fats/protein...So it's recommend to run it while on a cycle with test,...
 
I'm not completely sure how much you would loose in only 2 weeks. I would run it longer b/c healthily you should prob only loose 6lbs in 2 weeks and thats alot. I wouldnt rule out 3-4 lbs in 2 weeks though.
 
Sounds good to me... I will be hammering Protein and using CEE while using the T3/Clen combo. Ive never used them together before and figured Id give it a shot as an experiment at a low dose before adding it into my next cycle. Besides, anytime I am using something to reach a goal it serves as an excellenct placebo to keep my diet/cardio even stricter because I know its "game time". Im still suffereing from memorial day weekend. In the last 6 weeks Ive kept my weight between 181-190. I have to bust ass to get to 180, Id like to be a stable 180 and have to bust ass to get to 170 If you know what I mean. Point being, when I hit this Test/Eq/Winny cycle next month I want room to grow into my clothes. If I go from 175-195 I can still wear the same shirts but from 185-205 it wont be possible!
 
I use 25mcg t3 ed and have noticed a ton of results with no muscle loss, even at times when i couldent get enough protein, I would never run it without AAS, b/c I worry i would lose too much muscle. The key with t3 is to pyramid up to something effective and then stay there a while then pyramid back down. Everyone is different so you should find the best dose for you. As I said before, I use whats condsidered a very low dose and Im decently sized, so its very different from person to person
 
Using T3 and Clen, you could easily drop 10 pounds in about three weeks. It is a great combination and though my diet is very clean, I am not starving myself.

Ramp up and down like Brew suggested. If you use clen, start small and work your way up. (Like start with 25 mcg for four days and keep adding this amount every four days).

Individual result is very common and vary from person to person,....I would just start out with just 12.5mcg and see how that work,...That would be my start dose for this coming cycle,..somewhat of a cutter/lean...
 
Remember that diet is the biggest factor in dropping the fat. You can take everything and if you eat like shit, you'll drop nutin.
 
WOW, Im already down 5 lbs in 3 days... granted half of it is from the averaging out from the weekend. My diet always gets sloppy on the weekend and I level off mid-week. So far Ive been using 6mcgs twice a day. Tommorrow Im bumping up to 12mcgs twice per day. I think Im going to only go up to 25mcg per day just to hold onto muscle. Im using IBEnutrition T3 and let me tell you what, this stuff actually tastes good its really sweet like honey.
 
my diet is almost perfect with a slip here and there but I am also thinkingof taking winstrol with it is that a good idea or should i use a propanate
 
When is the best time to take T3? If I took 12.5mcgs first thing in the morning, when should I take the other 12.5mcgs? before bed, early afternoon? All 25mcgs at once?
