I'm not sure if you all are familiar with Con-Cret creatine, but that's the only creatine I've used that I've ever really noticed a big difference with. My question is this, which if any of your creatines would you say compare to this? I was wanting to switch over to you guys for everything and this was the only question I had at this point.
 
the closest thing we have is creatine gluconate. Its advantages are listed in the page for it. Con-cret is creatine hydrochloride. Ive never used it, heard about it, cant attest to anything of it. I personally have used creapure and made gains, and creatine gluconate and made gains. i wont use cee, i have and i cant say i fully believe its claims.
 
I believe CEE is has been pretty much deemed shit. I've read countless ariticals in mags of all sourts (all of which cited studies). Not only does CEE taste like shit, but it simply doesn't work when the theory is carried out in the human body.

mike Is there really anything better than c-mono? I mean, it works and it's well established. I've tried so many goddam different forms but nothing beats mono. Nothing.
 
creatine gluconate. NO bloat, no carbs needed...ive had plenty of guys use creapure and they still swell up like the puffer fish...switch to gluc and adios...gluconate too if you are low carbing it
