Ok carbs is what actually builds the muscle right? But it also adds on fat too right? So what is the general rule for carbs to weight ratio , like protein is 2g or protein for every lb of bodyweight right? So what is that for carbs because I dont want to be taking in to many carbs and start to get fat even though I have a high metabolism because I was taking this weight gainer 2200 from GNC but it causes alot of bloating and cramping so I guess it has to many fillers. But anyway it had over 400 carbs per serving. I built a little muscle but also put on a tad bit of fat.
