Question on Injecting Weekly

If on a cycle, where 6 to 700 ML a week injection is required. What is the best dose to inject?
For instance, 100 ML a day, 200 ML eod or 300 ML every two days. Product is EQ.

spread EQ in even dosage , twice per week . No need to inject every day

Unless you were talking about a shorter acting ester like Prop in which case e/d or double the dose and then e/o/d.
