Question regarding fixed barbells

I'm finally going to build my own vertical rack and assemble fixed barbells at my gym. What is the general consenus on what starting point and ending point weight wise? Up to what 125 lbs?

the post refers to barbells, my gym has a straight bar rack and ez curl rack, the weight goes 20lb to 110lb

Yes I was gonna build something more space efficient due to limitations. Things are tough now and was going to make the barbells from 1" bars using 1" plates that I can assemble and lock into place.

What is the minimum barbell weight then?
 
If women are going to use them you need to start at 20. Men only could start at 50, I'd say.
