I recently had a shipping problem with Muscle Research and have been unable to contact them with the email address on their website. Email is returned due to an invalid address. Has any other members had a problem receiving packages in which the product was not sufficiently cooled? Does anyone have contact information for Muscle Research? Thanks.

IGF1's"sensitivity is drastically overrated. I wouldn't worry about the shipping temp unless it was actually above 70-80 deg F or so.
MR should respond to their email addy on their site. When was the last time you tried?

Muscle Research

The outside temp was +90 degrees on the day the package was received.

I last tried their email address on 4/12. This was my third attempt. Each time I received a returned receipt indicating that the address was invalid.

Was the cool pack still cool? I just emailed them, and it went through fine. PM me if you want to verify the email addy.
