Hi im new to the site, i found it yesterday and was reading some of the posts and this is a great place to learn. I have never done juice but i want to. Im a 27 year old firefighter and 6'2" and about 290 right now. I have worked out on and off since I was 18. I am not real fat or anything, I just want to cut down and get a good definition. Basically I want to get in better shape and from everything I have read Deca is the way to go for what im looking to do. Can someone help me out with the correct dosages for a cycle for a first timer? I saw one that is a Deca 200. is that too strong or weak? How often do I take injections? How much do i take at a time, stuff like that. Thanks for reading this and helping, i do appreciate it.
