AROMA STUCK IT TO ME IN THE ASS BUT I WAS THEN CONTACTED BY RESEARCHKITS AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST ME I GUESS I HAVE A NEW SUPPLIER AND THEY SEEM LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP BUSINESS SO USE THEM THEY LEGIT

I POSTED A COUPLE WEEKS BACK THE RESEARCH WAS NOT DELIVERING FOR ME BUT I HAD COME TO FIND OUT THAT MY CARD WAS DECLINED SO SORRY RESEACH

I'm not flaming you PAIN_IN_THE_ASS but I am going to use you as an example to prevent this from happening again by other members.
Just a remender to folks that if they are going to say something they may upset or destroy a busniess, to be very cautious and make sure you are right. Word of mouth goes a long way on the chatboards and can reak havoc on someones business.
 
ditto on the above...with all the shit surrounding researchkits here lately, it seems like everyone's out to dog them in some fashion......not saying you're doing that P-I-T-A, just make sure you've tried to contact someone before you post openly about their lack of customer service
 
PITA it was cool of you to have stated your problams with Chem was your fault, alot of people shoot from the hip and if the problam ends up being there own you never here a word from them. Glad everything worked out good for you.
 
I can see where p-i-t-a is coming from. We send e-mails to folks who have had thier card declined (we want them to reorder - right?) But apparently, tom...the dwarf was running the orders when I was out of town and he failed to let P-i-t-a know his card was declined. So, If I put myself in PITAs' shoes, I would have been the same way.....but I would have e-mailed us before the post. His negative post is our fault.

i see what MAC is saying but honestly I never received anything saying it was declined and I knew i had several thousands in their to cover my order...... but with much confidence i say AROMA KIT HAS TURNED TO SHIT
 
call your bank because we have a decline with a transaction number -- you should let them know about it because it may put you in a real jam later. Remember, we want your business..we would not make up the fact your card was declined. One more thing, if you entered the EXP. date wrong, it will come back declined....even with the funds in the account

CHEMMMMM Im still waiting bro you shouldnt make promises that you cant keep thanks anyway i guess thats another 40 down the drain AROMA and now RESEARCH i hope not get back to me chem
 
Did you call your bank and see if you were charged by his company? It sounds like you have credit card problems.
