ravenously hungry

2 days into the IGF and I have never been hungry like this before. The sucky part is I am a month into my diet and can not eat like I want. Just so damn hungry I can't think!

eat smaller amounts more often or eat more an up your cardio to compensate for the extra calories

stick it out bro , nothing can beat sheer will power in beating hunger . atleast in my experience ...
