Red Meat versus Chicken

What do you guys find more advantageous diet wise??

Over the years I swear red meat is far superior for overall growth, mass and strength gains..chicken just doesn't do it for me, I can eat a ton of it and don't notice much...

Any opinions??
 
I've been eating 6 lbs a week of chicken.. And I see some gains in the last couple weeks.. But I don't eat alot of beef.. But I can is your point about the beef.. When I was on vacation 2 weeks ago that is all I ate and I could seeore of a mass gain.. I need to eat more beef !!!
 
I love red meat too much to ever cut down much. I'm trying to work in more chicken, but nothing beats a good steak.
 
Im the same way with red meat. I feel I look better when I eat it vs. chicken. Maybe its placebo, who knows
 
When I was doing my last show, I was going through 10 pounds of chicken a week and about 3 of red meat. Chicken just seems to sit on my stomach lighter in higher amounts. Red meat seems to bloat me up and make me feel sluggish if I eat too much
