I stumbled on a boatload of Ref-b, and have some questions about using it.
My spanish is not too great, but from what I could make out one of the constituents is chloral hydrate, a sedative and hypnotic.Maybe this was why I felt so damn sleepy last time I used this stuff, several years ago.If this is the case, should I take it before bedtime rather than in the morning ...or should I just toss the stuff (was a freebie).Hmmm, I hate to do this with any juice and I have always enjoyed the "dianabol" feel - what are your thoughts.Was planning to do a little bulking cycle now that summer is almost over, and hopefully put on another 5 lbs of lean mass by next year.How would I incorporate the ref-b ?
