Researchsupply.net, scammers or just bad shipping?

I was wondering, I ordered something from Researchsupply.net last Thursday.
They said they would give me a shipping conformation number.
No number, no e-mails, I even called both of their numbers and no answers.
I e-mailed them with every e-mail they had available and nothing.

Has anyone had a problem with them not shipping or getting scammed?
It was a small order too, nothing big just some drawing needles and syrenges.

received the one time i ordered from them (pretty quickly too)-the thing i didnt like was you had to sign for package-not a problem in itself but i was never home and the ups place is like 30 minutes away...

I didn't have any problem in April. They ship out of Florida I believe. I did have to sign for it. Luckily it came on a Saturday. It took about a week.

My chick is home all day.
Guess I can always dispute it on my CC.
I know some labs went down during operation raw deal, but this stuff it not illegal.
It would be nice if I got an e-mail back or something.
