I'm interested in getting some fat loss benefits. I'm running some semaglutide currently. I want to switch over to retatrutide instead. What do you guys think about switching over to 2 mg a week and then focusing on a lot of cardio and implementing a really good diet? Do you think this would work for me?

Bros, I think reta is a good option. Start at 1 mg and work your way up. Maximum dosage, I think, is 4 mg for you.

Hi @eiaosle

Reta is effective in a cutting cycle, but you need to dose right as follows:

Your Reta starting dose for your first month - 2mg/week
Early escalation: 2nd month - 4mg/week
Middle escalation: 3rd month - 6mg/week
Late escalation: 4th month - 9mg/week
Maintenance: 5th month plus - 12mg/ week.

You can check out UPsteroid for Reta and use the coupon code UP2026 for a discount on all orders.

Regards.

You can also look at using tirzepatide. A lot of people like to use it because it's a little better with appetite suppression.

Reta works really well, but you want to plan to run it for at least six to nine months. It's a slow builder in the system, and you'll get better results that way.

I'm a huge fan of reta. 2 to 3 mg a week works perfectly and you can run it for 12 to 16 weeks. You could see from there what to adjust.

It's a great option for sure. A lot of people are stacking some GW with it as well and you can stack some cagril for appetite suppression
