Hell I couldn't sleep last night so I was laying there thinking of different things I could do in the gym and this popped in my head. I used to do them back in college and had totally forgotten about them. Does anyone else ever do these. Def works the chest and the triceps in a different way. Im always trying different stuff to shock my muscles. I stood on my shoulder press machine the other day with all the plates, added 45's to the outer grip, and did some shrugs on it using the inside grip and it actually worked pretty good. If you have any weird different things to try please post them up.
