Anyone ever do these? I started doing them a few weeks ago as a change of pace from normal hyperextensions and so far I love them. I probably look weird doing them, but they hit my back in a whole new angle which is always nice
 
No, you take an incline bench and lay face down on it from the back so that the top of the bench (place where your head would be if you were bench pressing) is at your waist and you raise your legs up. Where as with normal hypers your legs are still and you bring your torso up, this one you're moving your legs. You're thinking of a seated hyperextension machine lol, that would make it a sit up
