Winner — Rodrigue Chesnier
Chesnier was coming off back-to-back second-place finishes in the 2023 New York Pro and 2023 Toronto Pro Supershow. He entered the 2023 Phoenix Pro as the defending champion and defended it well.

The judges had Chesnier in first place for both pre-judging and finals. This is his fourth professional win. If he chooses to compete in the 2023 Olympia, he will aim to rank better than his career-best ninth in 2019.

Second Place — Rhyan Clark
This was Rhyan Clark’s fourth show and the best result of the 2023 season thus far. However, Clark will need to compete at least one more time and win to reach the 2023 Olympia in November. Only winners qualify in the 2023 season, and the cutoff date is Oct. 9, 2023. That leaves Clark just two months to earn his invite.

Third Place -—Nick Koeu
2023 Chicago Pro runner-up Nicko Koeu made his second appearance of the season, settling for third place overall. He had all third-place votes from the judges, so he hopefully received feedback to apply to his next outing. Like Clark, Koeu has yet to qualify for the 2023 Olympia.

Other Notes
This was one of two contests held for the Men’s Physique division on the weekend of Aug. 3-5, 2023. Arya Saffaie won the Tampa Pro in Tampa, FL, and he’s also now qualified for the 2023 Men’s Physique Olympia show.
