As any scammer would say, "We’re definitely not scammers!" — but in our case, it’s true. Sure, there are occasional negative reviews about delayed deliveries or isolated issues, but they’re far fewer compared to most large stores. Plus, we always strive to resolve disputes with customers. In Europe, for example, we guarantee product returns or reshipping in case of damage or verified loss of parcels. We offer the same terms here as well.

Unfortunately, we’ve encountered scammers who created resources with names similar to ours, but we cannot take responsibility for their activities. Many of you mentioned negative reviews — could you please clarify where you’ve seen them most often and what they were about?
