I did DC for a while. Then I started doing FST7, but with 1 working set on the other exercises. Now I'm doing full FST7 and not worrying about weight and doing the full volume and loving it

I've heard that only happens if you manage to get 2 fruit rollups and a protein drink down in a single day. Are you back up to that?
 
I did DC training for a couple years and it worked, but now my joints are F'd. My current program for the past year has been heavy 6-8 reps for compound movements, and 10-12 for isolation exercises. I drop set every thing, doing 3-4 sets per exercise depending on how I feel that day and which body part I'm training. I utilize static holds and extreme stretching from DC also. This is currently my favorite routine and I'm still going up in reps if not reps and weight, even being 7 weeks out from my show. I aam contemplating trying out fst-7 when my show is over though. That all depends on if I qualify for nationals or not, and which national show I choose to do. I DO plan on qualifying btw :)
