I did DC for a while. Then I started doing FST7, but with 1 working set on the other exercises. Now I'm doing full FST7 and not worrying about weight and doing the full volume and loving it

I did DC training for a couple years and it worked, but now my joints are F'd. My current program for the past year has been heavy 6-8 reps for compound movements, and 10-12 for isolation exercises. I drop set every thing, doing 3-4 sets per exercise depending on how I feel that day and which body part I'm training. I utilize static holds and extreme stretching from DC also. This is currently my favorite routine and I'm still going up in reps if not reps and weight, even being 7 weeks out from my show. I aam contemplating trying out fst-7 when my show is over though. That all depends on if I qualify for nationals or not, and which national show I choose to do. I DO plan on qualifying btw
