What do you guys do. I need to start doing some cardio bad. I really want to buy a tread mill and put in my gym at work but its kinda crowded now. Also running isn't too good on me since 5 years ago I broke my ankle in 6 places playing basketball, lol, yes my whole left side of my body is rebuild. It turned my toes back to my heal and my heal was where my toes usually were and my calf was sitting on top of my shin lol. I can still run but it gives me problems when its cold or raining, but I really don't know what else to do for cardio. Don't laugh guys but I did do Insanity and it helped and made my ankle feel better im guessing from all the stretching.
