The second bar that GS posted looks great. I would love something that relived some of the tension on my shoulders. My gym leases equipment so maybe I can bug them enough to get one.
This bar came in handy when I had a torn bicep, made it easy to squat and hold the bar with 1 arm. I also like to use the safety squat bar and use powerlifting bands to hook either kettlebells or plates on and do lunges. The plates or kettlebells are hanging on the bar so they wobble and it really works the core and then obviously like other lunges hits the quads and glutes.
