How many folks eat it? I just read a big article on it and they say it should be in every diet. I can honestly say Ive never tried it because its kinda hard to get in any quality here.

I dont, but I should sart incorporating it. Its good broiled with some teriaki and ginger

I love salmon but don't eat it that often simply because it's expensive if you want wild caught and not farm raised.

I eat it at least twice a week. It is my all time favorite and one of the most reliable "clean" meals when I have to eat out.

It is great grilled or baked. I often bake it covered with lemon juice, teriyaki sauce, or non-fat sour cream and fresh or dried dill weed.

I prefer it fresh but I also buy bags of frozen skinless steaks. The most healthy salmon is wild and even though it is a little more expensive, I find that frozen wild in the bag isn't too pricey.

Same with me. I absolutely love it, but man... it's crazy expensive! :( We went to Sam's Club yesterday and I spent 5 whole minutes staring at all the fish, trying to decide if I should spend the money.

i love it, but the sams and wally world doesnt taste half as good as the fresh market fish. doesnt cost half as much either.
fresh market salmon will make you addicted.

Hmm.. I really should try to find a fish market around here then. Thanks for the tip!!

the 'cheap' market stuff here is $10 a lb. up to $20 per lb for the 'good' stuff.
the market cheapo salmon still tastes like gold. im afraid to try the expensive stuff.
