Hey folks I posted the other day about peptides and after feedback and further research I don't think that's the right choice for me right now. I am very interested I'm the Sarms and would love some feedback and what to take and how to take it. I've never taken anything that requires pct, so I gladly admit that I know very little about any of it. I'd like to at least maintain my strength and of course I don't mind getting stronger while cutting about 20 lbs which would be about 10%of my body weight. I also don't want to just swell up for 8 weeks and then lose everything I've gained once I come back off. Thanks in advance.

My cardio is typically pushing a prowler or walking hills in a weight vest. My biggest concern is losing strength while losing weight. Can I take andarine or ostarine for longer than 8 weeks?
There have been guys that have taken them for longer than 8 weeks, especially ostarine. I have adarine, but haven't tried it yet. I like ostarine & is good to stack with pretty much anything or to use to bridge. I have said this before, but I'll say it again, but I did not notice atrophy in my nuts when I tried lgd. The gains were also lean. I think lgd & adarine would be a great stack. It wouldn't hurt to keep some pct on hand though, just to be safe
