scar tissue from shots

I have a pretty good knot of it in my left shoulder from some bad shots. Dont think it will ever go away, and affriad to get it cut out due to dont wont a big dent in my shoulder. Sucks.

I've noticed lately that I've got layers of it in my delts. It's like poking a needle through a piece of notebook paper every layer it goes through. It doesn't hurt but feels weird

Repeated deep tissue massage works for some to break it up

Have you getting it crunched with deep tissue? Some places will give you a local before hand, but you'll still throw up
