nothing that I know of will ever take away your scar tissue, it may soften up slightly with rest from not injecting it for a while and deep massage cant hurt, but i think ur stuck with it over all! Good question though, cause if their is a cure I want it! Cause I can litterly hear the needle SQUEEK when I pull it out real fast after injecting it,lol, funny shit actualy!

i would imagine that would clear up. I've taken about a year off from my delts and they seem much better now.

deep tissue massage on it, and I mean painful deep, and I think there is sometype of ultrasound tool used to break it down now. My trainer has one and was going to use it on my left shoulder today, so will let you know more when I get it done.

Yeah a doc can cut it out, but what you're left with may not be pretty.

lets say you usually do a (for ex.) a straight shot to the side delt... but now feel theres too much scar tissue, id say nxt time go into the side of the delt. i have been doing so and have had much success !!
