i go in front just for that reason. never really expiremented with behind the neck presses.
the arnold presses are my favorite though (dumbbell in each hand and press one at a time while you hold the other arm at 90 degrees from your side) i get a great pump from those
i like to superset it with machine shoulder press
I do both. I rotate between barbell and dumbell presses though. I do prefer behind the neck presses (for barbell) though. Do them on a smith machine so you can really torture your shoulders without the risk of dropping the weight on yourself....
I used to do behind the neck all the time when I was younger.. But if I ever do the now and that's not much at all. I never go over 225 with a spotter..
