shoulders

hey guys.....it seems like my front delts get enough work from chest day when i bench.....but i think they are too big compared to the rest of my shoulders.....so what should i do for shoulder day? should i just forget about military presses for a while? .....what are the best exercises for the side and rear delts?

forgot to add.....is it best to do traps on back day or shoulder day.....i was thinking of adding them to shoulder day cause back day is kinda rough....just want to even the load out
 
I would normally do them with my back. Haven't done them for a while since they get a workout already from doing DC training.
 
i also throw in an extra day of rear delts on back day for weak point training. that and they are already slightly pumped.
