I'm interested in trying out tirzepatide for six months. My plan was to do this:
First four weeks: 1 mg a week
Next four weeks: 2 mg a week
After that I would stay at 3 mg a week for the whole six months
Do you think this is a good protocol? I'm 125 kg and I'm trying to lose about 20 kg.

Here is how I would run this:
1. For the first 4 weeks, dose at 1 mg/week.
2. Increase to 2 mg/week.
3. Push to 3-4 mg/week for the next few months.

Tirzepatide is the goat but retatrutide is even better as it's a triple agonist. I would definitely switch to retatrutide.

One of the best things out there are these GLP-1 agonists. Tirzepatide is a great one but just be careful. Early on it can really mess your stomach up if you don't take it slow.
