i just started an eq and prop cycle and already i'm having sleeping problems. i tried excedrin pm the last few nights and have not done anything. i could barely keep my eyes open last night but when i tried to sleep it took forever to fall asleep and i woke up like ten times thoughout the night and my body was very sweaty. anyone recommend anything? i used melatonin a while back and did not really do the trick and that was during an off cycle. if i don't get a decent nights sleep i'm a cranky angry grump. i really need sleep for my profession cause i work all day, then coach and then have to train at night. i don't want this sleeping problem to start messing up my training cause i am shot. it's 5:30 pm already and i'm ready for bed, but i'm going to force myself to stay up and not take a nap, train and then hopefully i can fall asleep early tonight. thanks for the help.
